Sears - Kmart & ACE American Insurance Company ACE American Insurance Company Lack of response to Insurance Claim Warrenburg Missouri

I purhased 3 deepcell marine type batteries from Sears in Auburn, Ma. Total cost $900+. Batteries hooked up to Travco motorhome, 1973 and completly restored with a rebuilt 440 Dodge. Batteries installed and when activated as a single unit they operated properly when operated in sync the batteries created a power surge that burned out complete wiring system and ingited wood dashboard back of dashboard. Fire put out, vehicle towed and is currently being rewired. Checking the batteries I discovered that the barrety post had burned down on one battery. Brought to Sears for explanation and Sears replaced all three batteries stating that there was a recall on the line and advied me to file a claim with Sears relative to being made whole for danages. Contacted by a Sears/Kmart rep: Emma Vargas who directed me to ACE as the insurance company. Wrote and called ACE but to no avail. Advisede both Sears/Kmart and ACE that I am taking out small claims complaints to seek redress of problem.
