ace credit services say i took out a loan when i have not and want a settlement and are going to file a lawsuit said i borrowed a 300 dollar loan and want to settle for 900 dollars on a loan i did not take out said taxes and interest made it a total of the larger amount showed a pic on net where they are located Internet

my name is clarence and i have recieved a notice from ace credit collection servies that i owe them for a loan that i did not take out with them in the amount of 300 dollars and that taxes and fees have run the total to 900 and they wanted to settle with me or even make 2 payments of 400 to resolve the supposed debt.I have never applied for a loan from them and i dont know when they got my social security number or any signature.They have not produced any contract to me dont have a phone to get intouch email or any infro.I have never recieved a payment notice from them before and now they say they are going to take out a law suite against me.The internet is full of ripoff reports against them.Clarence from anderson sc 29626.
