I am a purchasing agent for a decent sized construction company in Lubbock TX. I have ordered several times from this company, and just put the products out in the field.

The safety director from our company recently did an audit on our supplies, and to my complete amazement she asked me why we had products in our warehouse missing teeth. I went through all of our sawzall blades, circular saw blades, diamond blades, and other misc. cutting tools and realized that everything I bought from Ace Industrial Supply seemed to be factory rejects.

I contacted the company specifically about a box of Lennox sawzall blades, Irwin Marathon circular saw blades, and a Milwaukee sawzall I purchased from them. The guy I was eventually directed to a Robert Benton. He told me all says were final and there was a NO RETURN POLICY on any power tools. I took the sawzall to my local supplier and had the counter guy look at it. He showed me the giant "R" on the side of the saw, and informed me that it was a factory refurbished saw. I actually had complaints from my guys in the field about the sawzall, but the sales rep that called me told me it was brand new.

I eventually decided just to ship the products back to Ace Industrial and get a credit for the blatant misrepresentation of their products.

Since then, I have called several times about getting a refund for the products I sent back. To this day (3 months later) I have not received any type of refund. Every time I call up there I just get the run around. All I can do is chalk it up to bad experience and never deal with this company again.

I decided not to post on here until today though. I received a call from the sales rep. I bought the products from and he was extremely rude. He told me his company charged him back "dollar for dollar" (as he put it) for all the products that were sold to me. The guy then called back later in the afternoon and cussed out our secretary because I was not available to come to the phone.

Do not buy from this company. Misrepresented products, rude customer service, a complete run-around if they owe you money, and a totally out of control salesman if he isn't selling you something.
