ACE KARAOKE ACESONIC KARAOKE PRODUCTS WOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR ??? CITY OF INDUSTRY, California

1 yr ago I purchased a mixer amplifier Acesonic - KJV 835 for $600 from this outfit , right out of the box the item failed to function, signaled by a burning smell from the amplifier. It was returned at cost to me.

After having it for severalweeks, I heard nothing back, attempting to speak to anyone there, that was remotely helpful or competent was like pulling teeth. They were unable to find me in their system, or locate the amplifier by the RMA no.
they provided, finally they located the item but were not sure what was wrong.  They therefore agreed to replace the item with a new machine. This eventually arrived - I was unable to use it at 2 performances due to their delay in return shipping.

The new amplifier worked for a while but I noticed that the clip function (circuit used to protect the amplifier
from peak sound) never worked (when the same signals were put through a much cheaper Behringer mixer it had no problems clipping peak sound), sure enough this caused a melting of the circuit board (detected, once again, by a burning smell)

The item was again returned at cost to me for warranty repair. 

You won't believe this, 6 wks after the recorded receipt (UPS tracking) by ACE karaoke, not one associate could find the amplifier despite asking me for details of everything short of the size of my
----. 

Finally I spoke to a fellow called Mario - who turned out to be the store manager - he was able to easily locate the item with the RMA number. He said it was repaired and he personally would run additional test prior to shipping it out the next day,  that was 2 wks ago, when I contacted him on Wed Dec 15th 2011 he was unable to tell me the status of my amplifier and thought it
had shipped, but was unable to provide me a UPC tracking no. He told me he was going to do "some digging around" and
provide me the information , he never returned to the phone, someone, after I was left holding for 10 min, quietly disconnected the receiver. I have still not received the amplifier.

The Customer Service at this place is appalling.

On enquiring of a company that  services and provides sound systems for major pop concerts they said  they had never heard of Acesonic and suspected the item wasbuilt on the cheap with faulty design circuits especially not protecting
the signal to sound circuits with reliable "peak clip" circuits.
