Ace of Blades Canada, Grant Van Den Heuvel (owner), Zachary Val Jones (co-owner) Ace of Blades Stole My Money Stittsville Ontario

 In April 2013, we paid $50 for a core aeration of our lawn to Sarah Rousseau who was representing Ace of Blades in going door to door selling these services.  By June 2013 we had not received our already-paid-for aeration so we called Ace of Blades to find out why.  The representative at Ace of Blades told us that she would refund us the money by sending us a cheque in the mail.  After three weeks had passed, we had not yet received a cheque from Ace of Blades for our refund.  We called Ace of Blades again and made an agreement to wait until the spring of 2014 to receive our aeration.  In April of 2014, we called Ace of Blades to set-up an appointment for our aeration, but none of our calls were returned (we called four times and left a message each time) and none of our letters have been answered either.  All attempts to contact the company have been ignored - it appears as though they have simply stolen my money and will not return it.
