Ace Plumbing and Rooter THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE - BEWARE! San Francisco California

Ace Plumbing and Rooter redid our sewer right before we moved into our new bungalow.  We had it scoped during inspection and it was in quite a state. The previous owner agreed to have it repaired and hired Ace Plumbing and Rooter. Upon moving in Ace Plumbing and Rooter still had not put our sod back in place stating that the weather was not ideal... They never put the sod back in place. Ace Plumbing and Rooter also broke up our sidewalk and front curb. About 3 month after we moved in we started having major plumbing issues (basement sink would back up and take hours-days to drain). We had 3 different plumbers out at our house and two of which told us that Ace Plumbing and Rooter did a shoddy job repairing our sewer and that we again had standing water. We were advised to have them come ware tee their work (original paperwork for the sewer repairs had a 5 year warrantee). I called up Ace Plumbing and Rooter they came out to take a look and assured me that they did a good job and that they weren't concerned about the standing water. Then get this, not only were they not going to warrantee their work they tried to charge me over $100 to scope it! They even threatened to take me to collections if I didn't pay, but when I said I would be happy to contact the better business bureau to get this resolved I never heard from them again. This is a dishonest company, I highly advise finding a more reputative plumber!

I can see now why there are so many complaints against this company and why the owner Jonathan Neil Millington is currenty in state prision!
