Purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013 in November 22, 2013.  I received an email with product key and link to download the program.   I request assistance in installing the program because I had trouble downloading the program.  I got another email with different link.  This time it worked but the program was Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013.  I noticed the product key was a counterfeit when I had trouble reinstalling the program after my laptop was serviced.  Microsoft told me that the product key I had was used over 13 times...  I tried contacting the Ace Technology Online but no avail.  I contact paypal but because it was past 45 days, they couldn't do anything but deal with Seller directly.  I have been reporting to Microsoft in numerous occasions, but I am not getting anywhere.
