Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant - Liar stated in a report against me that she paid me for work she did not receive - this is lie number one.

When she filed a dispute against me with PayPal (who decided in my favor) because she was identified as a liar attempting to extort money from me.

PayPal denied Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant of Achieve Consulting Services, claim because she had not one shred of evidence that supported her lie.

The work she claimed I had not done has been uploaded along with an email from Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant of Achieve Consulting Services that states she "Loves It, well done".

Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant of Achieve Consulting Services is a liar.

Not only did I write a grant proposal that she claims she loved I revised it seven times to her satisfaction before she paid me the balance due via PayPal.

 Ask yourself, why would a seemingly intelligent woman with a PhD tell such outrageous and unsupported lies.

I on the other had have proof that Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant of Achieve Consulting Services is a liar.

If I had not done the work to Jeannine L. Carrington, PhD Executive Director/Owner - Consultant of Achieve Consulting Services, PayPal would have issued her a refund and not decided the dispute in my favor as they have?
