The first time I ordered from this company, I paid for express shipping on two separate medications. The first medication, Ortho Tri-Cyclen, was packed poorly and arrived with two vials broken. I was told that I would receive a replacement order for the broken vials. I have never received a replacement.

The second medication, Effexor, an order placed on 1/3/07, did not arrive. After contacting the merchant via phone and email repeatedly, it was finally reshipped 1/30/07. The first order never materialized and the reshipment was not received until well into February 07. No tracking information was ever made available to me despite repeated attempts to obtain that information.

On April 4 2007, I placed another order with this company which was guaranteed by April 18 2007. I made repeated attempts to track this package but, of course, Aclepsa was never able to provide tracking information.

Aclepsa's website frequently is out of service, their emails usually bounce, and even their phones don't always work. It is impossible to get any answer out of them other than "please wait a few more days"--which is ridiculous for a merchant selling prescription medication. I have finally requested a refund, as this company is clearly totally incompetent at best.
