Aclepsa/Quality Generics/Global-RX, Inc. the Indian online pharmacy that had such wretched service in the past is now under new management in St. Kitts they drop-ship meds from Mumbai, India and they are MUCH, MUCH WORSE than their well-meaning if incompetent predecessors!

In the past, under the old management, I've ordered from Aclepsa and gotten used to the bad service six weeks to deliver to the US and twice my meds were seized by US Customs. At this point, they would resend via International Express Mail and give me 50% extra on the next order to make amends.

Not so the new St. Kitts owners. Though they know to the pill what they have in stock and know to the day, how long it takes meds to get to the US from India they pretend when you order to have everything in stock and give a wild range of 10 to 21 working days to deliver and it's always the highest end of the range.

Thus, on my current order for my critical diabetic meds they took 14 days to ship because "they were out of stock" without telling me and now, no doubt, it will take at least 4 weeks for the meds to arrive here in Florida - if Customs doesn't seize them!

For this six-plus-weeks delivery, they charge a whopping $68! And you don't know this until you're checking out. (They do have it buried somewhere in the FAQ's but who reads that to buy meds from your long-time pharmacy.)

Bottom line: As we all know, the internet is becoming what usability experts like myself call a "low trust society." Aclepsa/Quality Generics/Global-RX, Inc. is yet another example of this sad reality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
