ACME Home Service ACME Home Care Double charges - charges and no service - no returned calls when promised - promised gift cards in lieu of refunds, never sent. Omaha Nebraska, // Chandler, Arizona

Received flyer at door for monthly landscaping $35...  called, gave credit card information.  1st month 5/30 OK received service and charged $37.91- 2nd month they increased amount on 6/22 and charged twice 6/22 for $38.62 and 6/30 for $43.12. 

I called and was told I would recieve a gift card for more than the amount to cover the charge because they could not reverse their entries...  I never recieved a gift card.  7/28 I was charged $37.73 and again on 8/3 for $37.73- I was charged again on 8/28 for $38.62 and they reversed that charge and I did not receive service in August.  They still owe me for the double charge of $43.12 on 6/30 and I have not had lawn service since July. They make promises to call back and have other local people call back and no one does. They lie, they charge and they deceive. They change the dollar amounts, they change the name from ACME Home Care to ACME Home Service and ACMEHOMESERVICE... so the bank cannot put stop payments on them...  they will not answer any of the phone numbers 888-234-0340 // 623-216-6688 // or 480-432-7905
