I was a full-time reset specialist for Acosta, Inc. from 3/2007 - 5/2009, but was fired from the company, while out on a disability leave( dialysis ). I dont understand why I was fired because "Company Policy", stated that an employee with a serious health condition could get up to one year disability leave. I filed a lawsuit against Acosta, Inc. for "Wrongful Termination of a Disabled Person", and we settled our differences in mediation in May of 2011.
