Called out of desperation in July '10. Should have known better than to buy into a maintenance agreement ... but against my better judgement...so 5 months later I call for my regular checkup, tech comes out (same tech as did the original repair) and he checks my system. Proceeds to tell me my float line and drain line are reversed and gives me a quote for $800 to complete the repair.
I pull up my original invoice from July...in the same guys handwriting and ask why that repair wasn't done before when it was clearly listed on the invoice. Then the fireworks start. The tech (Kevin aka Jason) proceeds to throw a tantrum that I would expect from my 2 year old....
KEEP THESE PEOPLE AWAY FROM YOUR HOUSE!
