Being threatened with lawsuit on money ACS Inc. claims that I owe. They want me to pay them but will provide to me with a phone number of address to contact them. They threaten me with being taken to court, but no address or anything specific. Just what am I to do. Please contact me at   (((REDACTED)))@comcast.net  or 734-(((REDACTED))). How should I proceed??? Thank you, Michael S

It's a scam - don't contact them at all

If you read all the complaints for this company here on this website you will see that the email follows a pattern.  It is not a real lawsuit, just some scammer trying to intimidate you into paying for something, anything. 

Go to the FTC website and look under financial scams so you know what to watch out for when people email you or call you or even text you.

Best thing to do is not to speak or contact them whatsoever.
