ACS INC. RICHARD BROWN claimed to represent SPEEDYCASH and claimed a lawsiut would be filed If I did not pay remaining balance of loan immediately Internet

 I received an e-mail that stated a lawsuit was filed in Dallas County court in Dallas Texas for late payment of a loan. If the loan was not settled I could be liable for $ 5825.36 and face theft by deception charges. If I paid $ 355.00 the case would be settled. They claimed to represent SPEEDYCASH. I signed the agreement electronically and they are set to withdraw money from my account on April 15 2016. I received a call on April 11 2016 from SPEEDYCASH wanting to work out payments for the loan. I told them I had already settled this loan. They informed me that this was not true. ACS is not a representative of theirs. I am not sure how to handle this. Can I call my bank and make sure this money is not paid?
