ACS Incorporation Internet Crime Complaint Center trying to file a law suit against me for $986 and some change for a debt that I do not know about. Brooklyn, New York

   Several people have experienced the same issue beginning the middle of December. They have really amped up their efforts over the past months. They are 100% scam artists, do not pay them a dime. Report them to the FBI, FTC and Attorney General for your state. I have resulted to calling them back as much as they call me and answering their calls with different business names. There is nothing you can do except deal with the annoyance or change your number. They may stop for awhile, but at some point they will call you again. They may threaten to come to your house, place of employment, tell you that you will be served a court summons or be arrested. All 100% lies. Please file the reports mentioned. It's the only way to stop them.
