ACS Law Firm Payday loan First Cash International Burbank, California

I received voicemail from Paul Franklin tell me to call 818-688-7271 regarding a urgent a matter.  Its goes on to say it time sensitive and not ignore, if he did not heard back from my attorney or me may God help me with what would happen.  I received a call on my job the same individual tell me to call the same number before I called I did a reverse number look up to see if it listed a business name, but it stated it was only a landline.  I called the number back they ask for the number I was contacted at I gave it to them.  I can them what this was regarding.  I was inform it was a payday loan with First Cash International.  When I stated I've never done been with that company, he called out the last four digits of a social security number and ask me if it was correct.  I told no that was not my number and he hung up.  When I tried calling the number back it keeps ringing and then automatically disconnected.  I received messages and calls on 08/10/10 and 8/11/10. 

Please advise on what to do.
