ACS Legal Department (ACLS) ACS Legal Department Consolidation Services Harrassing phone calls. Claiming I had recieved a cash advance and never paid it back. Threatening fedeal charges on me New York City, New York

I had recieved a phone call from an ACS Legal Deparment. Claiming that I had received a pay day loan from Cash Advance USA,and never paid it back. Which, by the way I never recieved or applied for. These people have very thick accents, yet the guys name that I spoke to claimed that his name was John Alexander! Yeah, ok! They told me that they were pressing 3 federal charges on me, for theft by deception, check fraud, and violation of banking rules and regulations. They also told me that a warrant was issued for my arrest in New York City, and that if convicted, I will be facing up to a minimum of 5 years in prison!

When I explained to them, that when I checked my bank statements, and nothing was ever put in my account, they then told me that the transaction would not show up on my bank statement. They were very rude, and started talking over me and interrupting everything I had to say. Saying that they had turned me in to the IRS and would garnish my wages to get the money that was supposedly owed. When I asked them for the address to the company and website, they told me that was violating their rules and regulations! If they cant give me an address or website, there is something wrong! These people are scam artists!! Do not pay them any attention!!! They will threaten you with everything they can come up with, but they can't do anything!
