ACS Legal Department New York Danny Johnson - employee #00130 Tried to Collect Funds without any type of verification just threats New york, new york, New York

I received a phone call from a Mr. Dave Marvin (foreign accent, difficulty with English). I returned the phone call and a Danny Johnson (again another foreign accent speaking man) answered stating he was Dave Marvin's supervisor he also gave me his employee number. I then asked for the name of the company in full and the address. He did not respond at first then asked me why I wanted all this information. I said I wanted to verify what the call was about, he said I have an outstanding debt. The only location I got was New York before he hung up. I believe he got scared when I said I wanted verification and the full address.
