Integrity is soo hard to find the owner of the company came out to my home to repair my heating issue. Advised me that it was my T-Stat I agrred to pay for a new one he installed and the problem still was not corrected. The facts are below but trust me this is the 1st time I have used this website but I don't want others to be fooled by this guy. He has a small company and I think he thought he could take advantage of me with his prices because I was a women. He was totally condesending and kept expanding on the issues I was having with no decisive answers. Beware, this company has no integrity and I really don't think he knows what he is doing that is why I informed him to please stop working on my system.. Does anyone want to buy a T-Stat cause I just bought one from him that I don't need :-)   

Technician (company owner)  advised client that a new T-Stat was needed, customer agreed to pay $245.00 based on advice from owner of the company.   T-Stat was installed and system still did not work. Was then told that the problem could be the motor or the wheel and that I had to inform him which I was willing to pay for prior to him telling me exactly what the problem was. I asked if I agreed to correct the motor ow wheel could he put my old T-Stat back on because I may have not needed a new one based on the fact that the system was not working. Technician (Owner) informed me that if he did that it would be another $100.00 charge. My complaint is that I don't believe I needed a T-Stat and the owner advised that the issue was there, later stating that it could be the motor or wheel. An entire diagnostic should have been preformed 1st to determine the issue, however he guessed at the issues while charging me more and more money. I was told a $45.00 service charge that is what I should have paid.  Thank you for your time...
