On May 21, 2009 recieved a call from a man (Bahamas accent maybe) by the name of Officer John s**t, saying I owed for an outstanding online payday loan, wanted me to listen to a recorded affidavit for my arrest, left a message on my cell phone, also called my place of employment, said he was going to speak to my manager and get me fired, have me arrested if I don't pay this loan. I don't have any outstanding payday loans, never have I gotten any off of the internet, he has my bank information, social security number, reference contact numbers (which he has also called), I called him back on May 22, 2009, told him that I was calling the police department, I did contact Miami, FL economic crimes detective, they told me to file a complaint with my local police department, closed for the weekend, will do that on Tues., May 26, 2009. Then he called again today, May 25, 2009, asked me why I didn't call him back, which I already had, told him again that I don't owe this money, to send proof, he said he can't until I pay the outstanding loan of 340.00 pluse 210.00 total of 550.00, he said also that I took this loan out on May 29, 2008, I wasn't even working at that time, didn't have the bank account he has info on, he talks over you the whole conversation, says he can't hear when you ask him specific questions, told me he was turning this over to an attorney and that he was going to put my social security number all over for people to see, etc. What can I do? Please help me. I already told my employer the situation, but I don't want this person calling me anymore, told him that several times and he won't stop.

Okay - here is what the FBI told me - these people are con artists out of Nigeria. Do not I repeat DO NOT send them any money. The FBI told me to fax these people the name of the agent - tell these people the FBI agent is your attorney. They quit calling me and harrassing me. I also told the jerks at ACS that I was going to call local law enforcement and charge them with harrassement and threats and using telecommunications to threaten me - which is a federal offense. They quit calling me at work, at home and everywhere else. Don't let these people buffalo you or harrass or bully you. FIGHT BACK!!! Contact the local FBI office tomorrow.
