acs mr.cantoo this acs guy"mr.cantoo"is very rude and obnoxious even told my husband i was cheating on him and dont know who he thinks he is!!!! to tell lies to try to collect money ???, New York

HI this started about a week ago. there was an automated phone call that said they were delivering a summons to my husband either at work or at home then left an 877 number to call back. well my husband called first and talked to this guy about an internet payday loan over 4 years ago he could not tell my husband any info on it due to computer problems! Then i called him and he started yelling and overtalking me to where i could not even ask a question, saying stuff like "oh, you got this loan and your husband did not know well he will probaqbly divorce you like he did his ex-wife." Well i called my husband and told him how this guy was talking and the things he said. My husband called him back mand the guy said i was lying!

So now here we are a week later and the guy uses the automated summons call again to my husband only our neighbor got the call on there phone. they nare no relation not even the same last name!!! SO my husband calls this guy again and he said that the company has no automation well he asked why did it call our neighbors phone and the guy replied "its not my fault your wife is cheating on you" before i knew what was said this guy called and yelled at me said "you must wear the pants cause your husband is too girly to talk to a real man and i am prosecuting to the full extent of the law!" We have ask for a paper of said debt and he refused to send one then wanted me to get one of those prepaid cards and call him with the number!!! I think i will talk to an attorney first, any body know one????
