Just rcvd 3 seperate emails from ASC or ASC Legal Group, stating I have ignored their attempts to contact me. The amount I owe to PAYDAY Loans is $846.74.All had different headings. One was classified as Junk but the other two came in my in box.
There was an attachment I did not open it.Says it is from Clerk of Court In Indiannapolis and states dateI should be there so I called Marion Cty Courts System in Indiannapolis and they replied that the case number ACS had provided on email was not their case number.Other email addresses are
{acsincorp.cashadvance@gmail.com}but from ACS Legal;
Is from Email also rcvd stating I should be in Court In Raliegh NC on April 6 2014

These scammers send out thousands of emails hoping that you won't do your homework. ACS is a long running scam out to get you to send funds to them by intimating you. Don't send them any money. Don't contact them.
You can read about how this scam works on the FTC(dot)gov website. It is called the Payday Loan Collection scam.
I am sorry to hear of your medical troubles. Last thing you need is someone out to take your money. Just delete those emails. If they call you, hang up on them.
