i was first contacted by a phone call saying that i had stolen money from a payday loan that i failed to pay back from last oct 2010. the person had a thick acent like from india or somewere in the area. the name he gave was genral and ended in smith. he threatned me that the company i owned money too had considered it "lost". and said they were collecting the money and a law suit was being filed and i would be in the court house the next day. when asked what court house he then told me the sheriff would come an arest me 25 mins after the call. he told me it eas my last chance.

over the next three days again they called and wanted me to give them my atm card number and countiued to threaten me. they even wanted to talk to my son who was 16 and my husband. then i received a email with more theats.

all of this has caused me upset and stress and fear thinking i must have missed something as i have alsways payed back the payday loans. i was confused as they had the last #s of my soical security and my bank info. they keep telling me i will be going to jail and this will be reported to my employer and i will be fired. all this is scaring me because i am the soul provider for my family, a good person who has never even had a speeding tickert and my mother in law is dying of cancer. i wish this would stop but they just keep callin and now emailing me.
