This is way long ago, but was going through my email and noticed a email i sent in 09’. My sister had done the auditions, and we payed up front 1,000$. My sister only attended ONE class. But discontinued going, after our father decided we didn’t want to spend that much money. We called the offices several times, and demanded we wanted a full refund of the $1,000. We were told someone would get back to us within the week, and no one ever got back to my sister. This place is a scam. Sadly , i’m only just now writing this review. It’s nasty, they steal people’s money, while children think they’re dream might just come true. I hope this place is no longer in business. They robbed money and a few dreams. Honestly disgusted with this "business”.

The decision of whether or not the money would be kept would be from the contract your sister and/or parents signed with them. If you don't have that contract (which your mother and/or your sister should have), then there is no report here but rather an accusation. I am not saying that they are doing the right thing, but whether they have the right to keep the money per the contract. It is harsh but is reality. No for-profit company is going to be generous because none is a charity.
