Action Immigration Bonds And Insurance Agency, Inc., Action Bail Bonds Completely Distrustful Internet

In all my years, I have never dealt with companies as dishonest as Bankers Insurance Company and their agents, Action Immigration Bonds and Insurance.

Let me tell you just a little bit about the "bait and switch" scheme that they did to me when trying to secure a $10,000 immigration bond for my daughter.  First, I hired an attorney to secure the immigration bond for her.  Then together, we contacted "Action" and came to the agreement that we would put a $10,000 lien on our house and pay $1,600 fee.

"Action" directed me to a local agent, whom we paid the $1,600 fee on the promise that my daughter would be released that day.  After not hearing for a few hours, the attorney checked in with Immigration and they said no bond had been posted for her.

Now feeling deceived, the attorney called Action and they said they needed an additional $3,000 to post the bond.  Not wanting to do business with these crooks anymore, he asked the local agent to refund the money and destroy the paperwork - and they refused.

Now, not only was my daughter being held in custody longer because they refused to post the bond under their initial conditions but also, by them locking up the $1,600 and the lien on the house, they made it impossible for us to afford doing business with anyone else to get her released.

To add insult to injury, my attorney did some research into the public records here and Action Immigration Bonds and Insurance Services, Inc. is NOT registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and NOT licensed with the Oklahoma Department of Insurance.

I learned my lesson - I'm never doing business again with these criminals.
