Action Property Management Beware!! They are scammers!! Internet

Basically, Action Property Management not only took the entire $250 deposit for renting the clubhouse in my community, but charged addition $150 for excess garbage, excess cleaning, and carpet cleaning from excess stains.

#1: The clubhouse had stains all over the carpet, crumbs in the tables, and a damaged tile on the countertop.
#2: We took out EVERY single piece of garbage and even fluffed the pillows and put it back in place.
#3: We communicated with Action immediately about the condition of the clubhouse.

Three weeks later, they send a letter stating the charges but of course no copies of receipts were attached.

So, called Action Property Management and basically they were rude and didn't want to discuss the matter saying to refer to the letter.

Contacted BBB about the situation and lo and behold...Action's reply was that the "excess garbage and cleaning were in error"-go figure eh?
However, they stated that their were still stains and that's why the carpets had to be cleaned. So how come no receipt of the actual cleaning? And who charges $185 for carpet cleaning of a clubhouse that has probably only 600 sq. ft of carpet!! Stanley Steemer charged me $200 for my 1600 sq ft house!! Anyways, now just waiting for a their reply back to the BBB. Next step is small claims court.

Only thing I can do now is warn everyone else who has to deal with them! I saw some people using the clubhouse today and I went in to warn them (take lots of pictures-before and after your event). Oh and did I mention that the stains that were there when we had our event over a month ago are still there???? Great carpet cleaning guys!!
