I ordered eight DVDs and was billed $37.26 for all eight when they shipped.  I received only four DVDs in the mail and the invoice reflected these four for a total of $19.92.

They did not refund the balance of $17.34 and they have not responded to five attempts to contact them via email.  No chance of getting through via phone.
