I e-mailed them like everyday and asking them about the status of the order and why they didn't ship out the order yet.

All items were in stock when the order was made.

Asking for a full refund because they never reply my email.

It's been 2 weeks and still not a single email from them.

I'm very disappointed with their service.

I live far away from America and it's impossible to call them because it's too expensive.

On-line store must use email as a communication medium because it's cheap, fast and easy.

I hope they can refund this order as soon as possible with the help of this website.
