Action Water Heaters Only ripoff never supplied permits after charging for them acted stupid and simple minded when questioned about this refused to repay when asked about the matter Kirkland Washington

Action water heaters does poor work, improper work and over charges for the lousy quality. They charge for permits that are required and never pulled. I had them, Brett Medlind replace my gas heater. I had placed two shut off valves on the old tank to isolate the tank before he arrived. Brett Medlind took them both. I called about this and Action sent one back.

Brett medlind of Action Water Heaters also informed me I needed a seal around the vent pipe, charged me over $23.00 and were going to send it out via mail ( $23.00 included mailing). What I recieved was a $5.00 tube of silicone. RIPOFF. I had to hire another professional plumber to fix what Brett Medlind didn't get right. A check valve was required to prevent water from my tank bleeding into the water supply system in the event of a leak in the water main.

When I called about that his response was he would have come out that very day. Why would I invite myself to get burned a second time? I told him, the last time I got bit by a Dog I never went back. So my advice to the world is NEVER use Action Water Heaters they are a RIPOFF and seem to be quit defiante towards anybody who has a complaint
