Active Domain LLC Unauthorized use of my domains - amounts to theft. Beaverton, Oregon

              Unauthorized, this ICANN accredited registrar - Active Domain LLC took all my registered domains (thru them) and expanded them into published pages. 122 domains - roughly 610 pages -each with average 5 ads. When contacted they said they were permitted thru the agreement with no remuneration to me. 
             Item 9 in said agreement states "If I choose to use the Free services" - I did not!  Many ads were added under domain names incorrectly - and they claim to be able park domains?       
             Example - a domain specifically researched for  the subject of sex - to include quotes from two sexologists had ads from   - U.S. Postal Services, Online Forex Trading, Help Desk Software, Ford Canada Official Site, Cheap trucks for sale, Immigration to Canada, Black Sun .ca. 
             This kind of nonsense is all thru the pages, under the domains with no consideration of the subject matter of each.
             A registered letter has gone to them to cease and desist, plus all domains returned to my control by a given time and date.  A copy of that letter has gone to ICANN with my memo to them included insisting they act immediately on this theft of my property.  A courtesy copy also to each of the advertisers mentioned here. 
             Beware of this company - if you do business with them then check every step of the way.
