They are preying on people who are interested in buying a small business, more specifically a route business (which is an independent distribution business of food/beverage or snack product.  For example, Wise Snacks, Snapple, Pepsi, etc.) They will take an application fee of $250 and then make you pay for your territory which is about $7,900 and never speak to you again!
I got all the way up to the part in the process where I was supposed to give a $250 application fee and when I started asking intelligent questions like, how much is my product cost and what is the typical margin I can expect to make?  Jim Contrini immediately said I am not what their looking for (which really means your not stupid enough to give us your money without asking any relevant questions)
I attempted to call the phone numbers listed on their fake website but there is nobody ever in the office, so it just goes to an operator where your supposed to leave your name and number. They try and motivate you by making you watch a series of "webinars," which they claim are mandatory so you can become a registered distributor for their company.  BULL!!!

Their market research data is very biased and amateur made.  They make tremendous assumptions about the demand for energy shots, when in reality the phase of growth for energy shots is already declining.  It's very obvious that the main fraudster running the show, Jim Contrini, is very uneducated and speaks like he's casting for the Soprano's or a new mafia movie.  The market for their product is absolutely saturated by 5 hour energy and SK energy shots just to name the top 2 companies, who hold the majority of market share.   Its a bunch of motivational mumbo-jumbo to try and get people all jacked up so they can quickly fork over their hard earned money and never heard from them again.  Their motto is "We're only looking for WINNERS!!"  When in reality their only looking for people who have $8,000 to give them and are stupid enough not to ask too many questions.

THIS IS A VERY NEW SCAM, PLEASE I HOPE NOBODY FALLS FOR THIS AND LOOSES THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!  I HOPE ANYONE INTERESTED READS THIS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!  TRY AND GO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR THEM IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, ITS 100% FRAUD AND ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL THEY ALL GET ARRESTED FOR STEALING MONEY AND ATTEMPTED TO SELL A BUSINESS.
