Active Green and Ross You gotta wonder and miss led cambridge Ontario

The Start:Wife bought a caravan.needed snow tires.took it to active green and ross franklin blvd cambridge ontario.$1400 later wife has safer ride,at that time it was surgested she get a wheel alignment wich couldnt be fincially done at the time but it was done a month later at the same Active Green and ross.A couple of days later the vehicle developed a pulse in the front brakes when applied.I have been in the Automotive trade and still know a couple good mechanics.I noticed a heat spot on one rotor and one of my mechanics agreed and was kind enough to replace it for me also.Note:both myself and my licened mechanics agree that a heat spot on a brake rotor is usually caused by grease or another substance.well after $200 later the wifes van is all good again.Next adventure.My Grand cherokee.Took it to same Active Green and Ross for an oil change.apparently they do an inspection as well.Was told about the shape of my brakes and lights etc etc.at that time all i could afford was an oil and filter change it was done and off I went.Soon after that I developed a noise in my frt wheel area wich got worse and worse.Myself and my licenced mechanic had a look at it and determined i had a bad front wheel bearing.At that time i made an appointment at Active Green and ross and explained to them i had bought a wheel bearing and needed them to replace it.When I arrive for the appointment I tell them the wheel bearing is in the cargo area and they say Sorry we dont install customer supplied parts.I leave frustated and get ahold of my licensed mechanic and we start the repair.I have an Ingersol Rand Impact gun .At the time I got it,it cost me $500.lets just say its a good powerful one(one of the best in the market)It couldnt make 1 wheel nut turn.we then sprayed down the nuts with penatrating fluid and put a 1/2 johnson bar with a 3 frt extension on it for leverage.busted 2 johnson bars trying to get wheel nuts off.Next step heat it up and try impact wich did do the trick how ever had to cut a nut off.1 got rounded in the process(hate them capped nuts)Well both myself and my mechanics say that is why my wheel bearing probly went because the wheel was torqued on insanely tight.Guess what?All my wheels were taken off for that inspection at Active Green and Ross.All i can say is makes you kinda wonder doesnt it.Not going back there to get a vehicle fixed anymore seems I take a vehicle there for scheduled maintainence and get expensive damage
