I paid the 100 dollars and used their network+ study guide as one of my main study resources. I failed my test, sent them the results as stated in their refund guarantee. They responded with "We don’t refund in any case since we offer subscription not an individual products." On their site they say "Actual Answers 100% Pass Guarantee Our guarantee is very simple: If you do not pass your next exam, we will refund 100% of your membership fee and close your account."
