Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I used the site for a couple of times. A year later trying to use it got prompted to pay again while being logged in to my paid for account. Contacted their support email address, was asked to provide bank statement with a proof of payment which I of course didn't have after more than a year. They refused to honor their of Life Time access claim. Total Rip-Off. Dishonest company.

Yeah, pretty much the same story here. They deleted my subscription after I no longer could retrieve CC statement. Asks for an email wilth payment information that they never sent me (I keep all mails in history). The subscription confirmation and welcome mail was of course not proof enough for these frauds.

I also had an account with Actual Answers for several years, then one day I logged in and noticed I no longer had access to see anything. I was getting the "You have no current products available now" message at the top of the screen. I emailed the company numerous times, but they told me without me being able to provide them proof of payment they cannot reinstate my account.
I looked through all my credit card statements, but they only go back so far. I'm pretty sure Actual Answers knows the timeframe for credit card transaction history data and as soon as your account crosses a threshold they are disabling your account to verify if you can produce a receipt. Complete rip-off!
