We live in an apartment building. Late one Friday night we were awoken to Actually Clean cleaning the carpets of the apartment downstairs. The noise was so loud it woke us up even though the windows were closed and the AC was on. Most of the people who live in our building work or go to school during the day and are very quiet at night. This is totally unacceptable and the employee shrug off our complaints. their ads say that they do emergency cleanings but this was not an emergency, no one was living in that apartment at the time.
Spread the word, don't use Actually Clean.

Actually Clean responds to emergency water extractions whenever they occur. Any delay in response will result not only to further damage to the affected unit(s) but possibly other areas of the building as well.
