Ad Media Traders is a scam site that claims to accept deposits from individuals to be used to purchase advertising through 3 ad networks they own. Depending on what page of the site you read, your deposit (minimum of $25) buys advertising, or it makes you a part owner of their network sites. A specific percentage of income is paid, based on the amount deposited. Again, one part of the site claims earnings are solely dependent on the amount deposited and another states it is dependent on efforts and skills of the individual. I made a deposit on July 15th, 2011, via PayPal, and the amount was never applied to my account. The site claims that deposits are applied and earning money within 24 hours. Over the next few days, I submitted multiple support tickets, which were never answered. I began getting the response, "Unable to submit ticket - Reason: Too many current open tickets." Many people have posted the exact same experience. The confirmation emails had links to view transaction details, but these links went nowhere. I sent reply emails to the originating addresses of these confirmation emails, which did not bounce back to me. But, they were not answered, either. I also sent emails to the address PayPal used for the payment address, but they were not answered either. Lastly, I submitted a fraud report with PayPal. I received the response this morning, "Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve this claim in your favor because the item purchased was virtual or intangible." As of today, July 28th, 2011, I have never received any communication from the company, nor has my deposit ever been accounted for. Again, my experience is not unique. Do a quick Google search and you will see that this is happening to everyone.
