Adam Leitman Bailey PC (ALBPC) always seeks to improve client satisfaction and to ensure the ethical conduct of our attorneys and paraprofessionals; we take complaints seriously and investigate them to the best of our ability. Since this complaint alleges improper conduct on the part of one or more of our lawyers, we retained outside counsel, who was able to inform us of the IP address from which the complaint originated.

The complainant is a pro se litigant opposing us in a landlord-tenant case who has engaged in what we consider to be unsavory conduct throughout the litigation, including what we have concluded to be witness tampering, misrepresentations to the Court and seeking the introduction of false evidence.

Our internal investigation did not uncover improper conduct on the part of any of the attorneys involved.

Please take notice that Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, cause number CV2017-012297 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by “Anonymous” on or around January 15, 2017 at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/adam-leitman-bailey/new-york-new-york-10271/adam-leitman-bailey-liars-and-thugs-beware-new-york-new-york-1350111. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for “Anonymous’s” identifying contact information to be sent to James Christian, PLC at: 2415 E. Camelback Rd., Ste. 700, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Plaintiff is filing a motion for leave to issue a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal “Anonymous’s” identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.
