Adam S. Smosny, dba Imperial Vending Co Vending Company Rip Off Cleveland Ohio

Adam Smosny dba Imperial Vending Company located at 6930 Engle Rd # U, Cleveland, OH 44130, phone number (440) 816-0300, with a website of http://imperialvendingcompany.com , called Vendor Service and Supply, Euclid, Ohio 44117 on or around October 1, 2015 and requested a "deal" on 5 used snack vending machines.  He agreed to pay the price of $500.00 each and requested an extension to pay the invoice. I agreed to give him 30 days to pay because he said he was a police officer for the city of Wellington, Ohio.  I assumed that he was a trust worthy person and invoiced him with 30 day terms.

On October 15, 2015 Adam again called back and requested to buy 2 more snack machines and a food machine for an additional total of $1500.00.

As of this date we have called him numerous times to try and collect payment for the machines he tool. The excuses for not paying have been unbelievable from “my mother will send a check to “I pay it as soon as I get your tax ID number” and so on. Adam even promised to pay his debt in person when my son tracked him down and demanded that he work out some type of payment arrangement. I have decided not to sue Adam because he is uncollectable. We are not the only business he owes money to.

As of this date we have not heard from Adam nor has he returned any voice messages and has not responded to any invoices or attempts to collect. This posting is meant to warn others of Adam’s payment practices.
