I am a previous employee of the company Boobies Rock! and  although I've defended the company in the past, I quit my position in May when I realized that none of the donations had been made to the various non-profits that Mr. Adam Shryock had pledged to donate to, as promised. I was a promotional hiring manager in San Francisco and likely reached out to you point of contact that he works with, as I was sent to travel to hundreds of cities for NFL and college football games.  After I left the company Mr. Shryock continued to use my email account as if I were still working for him. I advise doing a background check on this person and his company. Adam Shryock is currently in a lawsuit with Keep A Breast for using their slogan "I Love Boobies" previous to using Boobies Rock! (which he only changed the logo after several threats from Keep A Breast at taking him to court)

To HonestInformer

AUTHOR: Concerned - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, February 16, 2013

Hello,

Would you please email me at jessica@yesjessicathompson.com? I'd really appreciate it.

Since you posted here, sayno2cancer.com has removed the text about Enfluenced t**z, and the enfluencedteez.com site is down completely. Interesting... I, of course, took screen captures for future reference.

Thank you for being honest.

New companies for Profit Charity run by Adam Shryock

AUTHOR: HonestInformer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, February 15, 2013

I do not know of the inside corruption involved with Adam Shryock and his support of charites or lack of support of charities under the false pretense he is raising money for charity.
This I do know.
I found his name looking him up for a job I was recently hired for, I just felt that this promotion was a little off and the management seemed different. He is currently hiring promotional models to sell cancer shirts etc under the company Enfluence Tees which also states they were involved with drunk driving awareness as well but after checking their site the webpage is a bit weak and then they said they were in direct exclusive contract with sayno2cancer.com which seems to also have no background information and the site is poorly put together. I only learned of Adam's name because it was on the box of shirts I was shipped and my paycheck which was hand written also said seven group. I had to make bank deposits for sale of shirts to a bank acct which was in kansas even though this company is out of colorado.
I just have to say... things dont seem to feel right and I didnt want to be involved off from my gut and then finding these reports on him.

just some added information if this helps. seems adam is changing his business names, hiding his identity and creating websites to seem like a charity.

Adam, you are delusional

AUTHOR: Kaz - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 03, 2012
www.azcentral.com here in Phoenix had an article on your 'business' today. Apparently several models feel duped and this Boobies Rock thing is a for-profit company and very little donations, IF ANY, go towards breast cancer research. Shame on you if you are making a living off of deceptive practices. Time to straighten up buddy.

Here is the link. You all can decide for yourselves;

Also at the bottom of this page you can search other reports for Adam Shryock that will help you decide what you believe. Please do not be scared. He frequently make threats of lawsuits. These threats are empty. He often says he will have his lawyer hunt you down based on your IP address. You may want to search Seven Group on a site called Event Speak. There are more girls talking about where money goes and how it is recorded. More threats and people who defend the group.

Be aware that people have claimed that Adam has used their emails and created fake accounts to defend himself on these sites. Maybe even the one posted on here who called himself RT. Adam is from Kansas, that is why there is a BBB report for him there. He also lived in Dallas and is now in California. In the report above they say they gave over $300,000 away and reported a loss for the year. I wonder if that is because they were paying a settlement to I Love Boobies, who they were sued by. If so, then that $250,000 really shouldn't count. Although you gave it to them, you sort of had to, because they sued you for copying their logo, slogan, and merchandise.

Seven Group has "No Rating" on BBB site

AUTHOR: Concerned - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 05, 2012

A screen capture taken today, 11/5/2012, using the San Francisco-based Better Business Bureau page for Seven Group shows "No Rating" on the BBB site.

Here is a link: http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/advertising-specialties/seven-group-in-san-francisco-ca-368110

Screen capture below.

Seven Group clearly does work in Kansas City, as is shown on their "Services" page: http://www.se7vengroup.com/services1.html

The Kansas City BBB page was created months before the San Francisco page was created. It might not have been created by the company, but someone still had a complaint and did not receive a response to their complaint.

Seven Group, Boobies Rock! Have "A" Rating w/ BBB

AUTHOR: Citizen - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 05, 2012

I have previously posted on here and continue to follow these postings with interest. The posting above does not appear to be accurate.

The company currently shows an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau. See image below.

The company is listed on their website as based in San Francisco, consistent with the account registered on the Greater San Francisco Bay Area BBB. The account shows that it was created by the owner of the
company and includes the correct information also registered with the California Secretary State, see link.

http://http//kepler.sos.ca.gov/cbs.aspx

To find locate the business, click the Corporation Name under SEARCH TYPE then enter the registered business name: Boobies Rock!, Inc

The State shows this corporation to be in GOOD STANDING.

The image provided on the previous post does not appear to be accurate for a number of reasons:

1. The account shows that it was created by the same person who filed the complaint and was not created by any officers of the business. The same name of the person used on the BBB account registration is also referenced multiple times as posting on this site and others. The company currently has a lawsuit against this person, see links to lawsuit in previous postings.

2. The business name shown on the image with an "F" rating is inaccurate. It is highly unlikely that a company would misspell or mis-market their own name. However, this is only my opinion.

3. There are no records of the business being registered in Kansas City.

4. There are no other complaints against the company.

It is important for consumers to be aware that anyone can create an "unaccredited" account with the BBB and file a complaint. It is much the same as creating account and posting on this website and is usually done with the intent to harm the business. The company appears to have addressed all consumer and/or employee issues to maintain an "A" rating.

The Seven Group: F Rating on Better Business Bureau

AUTHOR: Concerned - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 30, 2012

It appears that The Seven Group has two Better Business Bureau pages. (And yes, it's the same company because they both name Adam Shryock as the contact.) The ORIGINAL BBB page gives The Seven Group an F rating: http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-reviews/services-general/the-seven-group-in-kansas-city-mo-99154031/

I Work For This Company And The Girl Who Posted This Cannot Be Trusted!

AUTHOR: Marissa - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 18, 2012

I have worked on this campaign for the past 1.5 years and I just want anyone reading this to know that Kelli, the girl who posted, cannot be trusted. I know what she did to this company and I know that she personally lied to me over and over again so I can only assume she lied to everyone else as well. Here is proof:

In May of last year(2011) she sent me and several others the following email:

"This campaign is year-long and ultimately will never have a break. We consider the end of a season after MLB season which is when we will be making our donations.

The point is no matter what $100,000 will be donated and when people ask, the response should be we won't know until we
have a final count at the end of this campaign (end of baseball season)."

Does everyone see this? She says above that she left the company in May after she found out donations were not made. But at the same time she was telling people that worked under her that the donations would not be made until the end of the baseball season! Everyone knows that baseball does not get over until October! This is just one of many times she has lied. The post above is right on, she posted that she had "seen donations being made first-hand" then later says that no donations were made. I just don't get this girl. Do not listen to a word she says, she's only trying to cover up what she has done and it's not working. This company is great to work for and I can tell you that I know FIRST-HAND that donations have been made. And that is the truth and we can prove it over and over again, it's not hard!

Corrections and Clarification

AUTHOR: RT - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 23, 2012

I have no relationship or interest with any of the parties in this report.  I am, however, interested in the accuracies of statements made regarding companies and/or individuals.  I happened to come across this report while browsing through the Ripoff Report website.  I did click on the link the ex-employee included and it lead me nowhere.  However, the link was abbreviated and the correct link is:

http://dockets.justia.com/docket/california/casdce/3:2011cv00570/347144/

The case is titled:  "Keep A Breast Foundation v. The Seven Group et al"

According to the last document filed on December 5th, 2011, the parties involved have reached a settlement agreement and both were instructed to file a motion to dismiss without prejudice on or before December 19, 2011.  A telephone conference call between both parties and the Court was to occur on December 21, 2011 at 10:15am to follow up on the status of the joint motion to dismiss.

The reason for the lawsuit was as the ex-employee indicated.

The individual who filed a rebuttal to the report may be correct in stating that there was no "current" lawsuit against his company because according to the date of his rebuttal here, January 4th, 2012, the motion to dismiss may have already been granted and thus, no longer pending.

With respect to the companies A rating, according to the BBB website, the company has had no complaints since it became a member of the BBB on 9/28/2010.  However, the company's record between the date of its inception (1/1/2007 according to the BBB website) and its request for accreditation with the BBB has not been evaluated.  According to the BBB website with regards to accreditation:

"BBB has determined that Seven Group meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the
public.

BBB accreditation does not mean that the business' products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business' product quality or competency in performing services.

The company does appear to be a "for profit" venture as the company's owner indicated and is listed as a business dealing in "Advertising Specialties".  Any donations made by the company is done at the sole discretion of the company.

According to:

http://eventspeak.com/forum/agency-and-marketing-company-feedback/se7ven-group-scam/

A blogger with the same first name and employment title of the person filing the original Ripoff report posted the following statement:

"I've been working with this company for almost 2 years now and have certainly seen the donations made at a first-hand basis to several different charities."

No other information from either party has been verified, however, anyone interested is encouraged to verify the accuracy of statements provided from both individuals.

Response From Company: The Truth

AUTHOR: Adam - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 04, 2012

The above posting is false in nearly every aspect and we have fortunately been able to have such nonsense removed from other sites online. However, it is RipOffReport's policy not to remove ANY content no matter if it is true or not.

The individual above was released from our company on May 11th, 2010 due to numerous complaints from her co-workers and repeated failure to adhere to company policies and procedures. A month later it was discovered that she had been fraudulently using the company credit card and we were forced to take action against her despite multiple warnings to press charges. Her response to these charges, that were filed in Federal Court, is what you see above. I have already spent a great deal of time, energy and money on this so I will end this briefly with a few facts below:

Her attempt to file wage claims through the State of California was denied and is on record with the Labor Department.

We have donated thousands of dollars to various organizations even though we are a for-profit organization. Said donations can be verified through our website and Facebook pages simply by contacting the respective organizations listed.

Her first attempt in filing a cross-complaint against our company was DENIED by the court. Certainly no surprise there.

There is currently no lawsuit with KAB, as mentioned above.(go ahead and click on the link she provides)

We have an A Rating with the BBB for outstanding service since our inception. You can see that at the link here:
http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/advertising-specialties/seven-group-in-san-francisco-ca-368110

Please do not let the unfortunate actions of a lost soul overshadow what our company is all about. We hope that you take the time to properly research our organization and understand now why this person did what she did.
