Adams Automotive & Transmission Mechanic Is A Crook Pflugerville Texas

I had written a Rip Off report back about 2 1/2 years ago, and it has taken me that long to get Adam Benavidez to court. I took my car in to see about re-building a blown up engine or replacing it with a used engine, and this started the nightmare. After a few months he could not get it fixed, surrounded my car and threw an illegal lien on it. I had to hire a lawyer. He took it to another mechanic, Mark Hatfield, Trymark Automotive, Austin, Texas, which is another nightmare. I won the case this past August and he was found guilty of Breaching Warranty to perform Services, viloated section 17.46 DPTA, misrepresenting the characteristics, quality, and benefits of his services,exercised an illegal Possesory Lien on vehicle violation of section 70.001 of Texas Property Code, Breached Repair Contract. I was awarded damages and am now in the process of filing abstracts and pursuing this judgement. The mechanic doesn't know how to fix cars, and has a past criminal record. He can find a way to pay thousands for his 3 lawyers who each quit and come up with 2000.00 in a weekend to defend him in court on a Monday because the judge did not award him any more time, but doesn't care that he has a judgement.
