I just had a very bad dealing with company because I went to the link to signup for a SPECIFIC PROGRAM (Passport To Fun) and it signed me up for completely different program not even similar and doesn't even have the good or same benefits. So I have written them a letter so you can see what occurred here is copy of my letter to them:
Here is letter I wrote to company explaining that I feel this is not only misrepresentation but also form of fraud and definitely deceitful practice:

I am extremely upset at the moment and it has taken me over an hour and still never got the results I expected in the first place.
First, I went in and chose the program I wanted to know more about which was the passport to fun and I read it and this was what I was seeking -- where I can get the $25 giftcards for $5 rebate end of month, has KFC, BurgerKing etc giftcards etc.
I go to about 3/4 of way down page and it says: Not a Member? Enroll Now and take advantage of all the money-saving benefits AP9 PassportToFun, IK9 PassportToFun offers.
I click on the Enroll Now and it takes me to a completely different program -- takes me NOT to sign up for the PassportToFun but to
something called SavingSmart
I signed up and gave my credit card # etc thinking that this was the PassportToFun signup and it is a completely different program and doesn't have the BurgerKing or KFC or some of the other things I wanted PLUS it doesn't allow me to purchase the gift cards online either!!!
This is definitely against all rules of state of Ohio since I was signing up for one item and you switched me to another program after taking money from my creditcard, it is misrepresentation of what I was signing up for since it didn't even send me to the proper signup area for the proper program, and is very deceptive practices and fraud in my opinion. Now I am wondering (since I have cancelled the wrong program) how long it is going to take just to get my money back from my credit card used ($49.95).
I am so upset you cannot even begin to imagine. When I spoke with representative she kept saying that if they don't offer it then you get a "similar" one - but again this is misrepresentation and form of fraud.I asked her to let the programmers know that the link is the WRONG ONE and she said this is the correct link even though it is NOT to the passporttofun!!!
I am thinking deeply about sending copy of what happened to the state of Ohio's Attorney General and also to the BBB because if I am getting this problem I am sure other persons are getting it too.
So tell me -- why does a person tell someone they can sign up for one item and then not even have this program available for them to sign up (this is per representative that it is not available and why they sent me to a "similar" program (it isn't even similar and gives only $1.25 savings on $25 in restuarant dining as opposed to $5 off $25 giftcard with other program ......
I know I am really thinking twice about the company and its programs now - there was another one I was going to join but may not do that after this hassle.
Thank you
