Adavanced Cleanse hidden charges for their product Internet

Seen advertisement on Internet for Acai fit and Advanced Cleanse it said in their ad that had only 2 more days to get free trail on these products, we found out the hard way this was not free at all, we knew we had to pay the shipping $4.50 but then we started getting charges for the advanced cleanse of 149.00. Then the Acai fit was 2.40 for shipping and anouther charge of 79.95. Tried to get a contact # for their company to find out what these other charges were for they didn't send any information to you with a phone #, so I looked up Acai-fit on the internet still had to jump around and came up with a #, called and talked to Jose he told us that this is the wrong # and they have no history of our account, so went back and found original web address on our order and finally got a phone #, when I called and talked to a guy that you could barely understand finally got out of him that the $149 charge was for our annual membership, I dont remember agreeing to joining anything. He said this is a non refundable amount and if you cancel any further shipments you still have to pay the $149 dollars. He told me I had 14 days to cancel and since we didnt the had to pay the membership for the whole year, I informed him we just recieved thye product less than a week ago, he told me it dosen't matter when you recieved it.

Then the charges of $79.95 for the Acai-fit again we were under the understanding that we just had to pay for shipping of this product of $4.95, had to find a different # for these guys. Called 1-866-628-1434 Cancelled any future orders of this product talked to Candice and told her we were not happy about how this company is tricking people into trial offer and then start charging different amounts. She said that she could refund us 59.96 from the 79.95 charge which still left us paying 19.99 I guess for the trial bottle of pills? I dont know it has been real confusing, I just hope these phone # maybe help someone else.
