This report contains neither fact, merit or a competent understanding of the insurance business: 1.) Adcahb Medical Coverages is a contracting general agency with Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) and is not an insurance company; 2.) The insurance company is the sole and exclusive party to the contractual terms and all matters related to the billing of premiums, access to bank accounts to pay policy premiums and all refunds of policy premiums, not Adcahb Medical Coverages; 3.) Serving Floridians since 1969, Mr. Adam Clatsoff has achieved the highest professional industry designations (ChFC, CFP, RHU, CLU & LTCIS), lectured widely on insurance topics nationally, serves as a sitting member of the Florida Insurance Advisory Board created by the State legislature and a respected personal friend of of Florida's Insurance Commissioner; 4.) Adcahb medical Coverages does not maintain a "boiler room" wherein names are passed from one agent to the next; 5.) There are many dozens of contracting general agencies and insurance company telemarketing phone centers that continuously conduct outbound solicitation calls, all using the same resource, the phone book; 6.) When we receive a Do-Not-Call (DNC) request it is placed in our calling records and we honor and abide by such request and; 7.) Adcahb accounting of agent commissions is totally transparent, allowing agents to view on line their earned commissions and advances (loans) on commissions, detailed down to the penny, on every policy transaction.  

Adcahb Medical Coverages is one of Florida's oldest, largest and most reputable providers of insurance.  With over 100 independently contracted agents and convenient offices over South Florida, Adcahb offers solutions for health insurance (individual and group) life insurance, long term care, disability and annuities. This report is meritless in its entirety and should be considered completely baseless.

I too was scammed by these unethical and dishonest people that pose as an insurance company.  They accessed my bank account and never provided the insurance.  I reported them to Blue Cross Blue Shield and it took me months to get my money back.  In retaliation the slime bags in the boiler room at ADCAHB in Coral Springs give my number to all their new hires and some days I get as many as four calls from them trying to sell me insurance.  I have filed a police report for harassment and am now going to the Florida Insurance Commissioner to see if he can put these criminals and the owner Mr. Adam Clatsoff out of business, or better yet, in prison where dishonest and unethical people belong.
If we all file complaints with the FL Insurance Commissioner we may be able to put a stop to ADCAHB once and for all.
