Addict Gear My 2pairs Furoshi shoes never arrived. Internet

 I have purchased 2 pairs of Furoshi shoes from addictgear.com on 29 June 2017. They sent me an email informing my shipment order #27133 should be arrived in 30-40 days. And up until now i never received any. I have tried to contact them twice via sales@addictgear.com but no respond. If I click ‘View Your Order’ button from the shipment email, it landed to checkout.shopify.com where i can find my purchase detail. No address or phone number but when i click ‘Contact Us’ button it goes to email with address adampongsawat@gmail.com. Doesnt look like an official email, so I didnt send message to this address. Since then i tried to open the website addictgear.com but seems it has been broken or dissapeared. I dont knwo what to do. Can anybody help?
