I have been waiting to write this report to see if anything changed, it didn't. As all of the other reports have stated this compnay used to be a Ponzi scheme where new customer money was used to do the previous customer's work. At least back then they were doing some work, now they just take money, demolish your place and run. I was referred to these crooks by Home Advisor. I gave a down payment and was told a few days later that if I paid for my job, I would not have to pay the fees and taxes and would be given priority. I fell for it. When about 30 days had passed and nothing had been done other than a visit from Gregor Kohn's daughter to draw up her little plan and some e-mails documenting the work I had paid for I started looking around and found this site. I also found out about Kohn's long history of fraud. I called the Fort Lauderdale Police, wnet down and filed a report. Unfortunately the only crime that had been committed was a misdemeanor of not applying for permits quickly enough. When the officer threatened to arrest Anthiny Di Simone the permits got applied for. They started working, actually completed some of my project but have not been seen for over 60 days now. Don't let these criminals near your property. The good news is that Gregor Kohn is set to plea on his felony charge in Miami this month and he has 23 count problem in Broward as well that is coming to the end. He also has many civil cases against him.
