Adefx - George Letterio I worked for them so I KNOW about their ways Toronto Ontario

I can pretty much both agree and disagree about the comments and statements made about George Letterio and the company, ADEFX.  For one, lets talk about George outside of the company.  For the most part, George is a nice and honest guy from my personal standpoint of knowing him over the years.  He is smart and has done alot for people throughout the years.  But again, that is outside of the business.
    
Within ADEFX, he has turned into an ignorant, arrogant, greedy, and selfish swindler who has found himself losing office owners week by week because he prefers to sit in his chair on is *** or not even go to work while his other office owners make no profit and all their profit from sales goes to head office which he is at in Toronto to "keep it running".  So what does he do when he finds out office owners are leaving ADEFX because they realize they will actually make money for themselves to provide for their families on their own? He talks a whole lot of crap about them and tells lies in order to sort of "bribe" and beg people from leaving the company.  What the hell?  Good for the people who left the company and are not being swindled anymore!! JUICE by them!  Go off on your own and rebuild what could be a great infrastructure to a great type of business.  Just do not listen to the heap of crap that comes out George's mouth, because in reality the fact of the matter is that he has gone off the deep end in his selfish ways and it has become the demise of him and ADEFX as a whole. 

Employees and Ex-Employees, if you have a problem with ADEFX, it is most likely because of George Letterio.  If the company were not headed by a bunch of crooks who think themselves elitists and lap at the heels of George, ADEFX would be much better off.

On that note, companies like these that do promotions for salons and day spas are NOT scams, and are far from being telemarketers.  It is a legitimate business that brings in customers to these salons and day spas by putting together a package so people can see what the salon has to offer them.  THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED ADVERTISING.  It is not illegal and not a fraud.  New business owners are targeted because in a sinkhole of an economy like this, what you need is people coming in and returning to your business because they loved the services you had to offer and in turn, these new business owners can make some kind of money.  If the sales reps are trained properly by the right people who will not swindle them in the outcome like some people (George Letterio), then the business campaigns can be quite successful for both the salons and day spas as well as the advertising company.

Again, as for George and ADEFX, it has been another company that has fallen because they failed to recognize the needs of the people that have put so much into the company and into his pockets.  There is no compromise with George, just greediness and selfishness on his own behalf to where he does not care about anybody that works for him.

It's absolutely mind boggling to think that this individual who hides behind the title of "Ad Efx is Criminal" has the sheer audacity to slander and libel George Letterio. If one takes the time to read the reports posted by this individual you will note how this person brags about having stolen hundreds of thousands from George.

This individual is well known to us at Ad Efx and is someone who had his life transformed and improved beyond the writers wildest dreams by George. Someone who came to know George as a mentor and friend who was taught the skills needed to succeed and improve their station in life both personally and professionally. To actually post all these negative reports stating misleading and outright ridiculous statements about George while also writing about having sat across the desk from George and laughed because this person knew that they were stealing certainly tells a lot more about the writers character and morals than Georges.

It is one thing to be disgruntled and angry for your own reasons, it's another matter altogether to vent that anger on an individual who tried at all times to help and inspire almost everyone who he came into contact with. I am proud to have known George since High School and will tell everyone who asks that George would give you the shirt off his back to help you if you needed that assistance.

So please consider the source when you read these attacks. If someone has the ability to post these outrageous attacks then they certainly should have the courage to identify themselves. The most basic aspect of any civilized society allows an individual to face his accuser. Sadly that is not the case here. Hiding and calling names isn't the answer. Either stop and retract the attacks or identify yourself and prove your statements.

oh there was/is no mistake about my 7 years there....no mistake OR secret at all.....I saw the bull right way so I took George from day 1 ..of course he saw me as the sucker...but I made so much illegal cash it/ him it was worth it...ONLY because I did see the scam and turned the tables on Adefx from the moment I walked thru their doors.......how you ask????...not a chance...see people that get sued and or arrested or stuff along those lines are the idiots who tell their tricks and tales...just because it was years and years ago ...George WOULD come after me if he could..I only took $$200,000 +grand from him.......you cant con a con...and as good as George is..he met his match in me...and if it were not for 911... I would be sitting in an office somewhere in America right now...still stealing from that thief....he is exactly the type of criminal [ white collar ] the cops do not care if you steal from....I left when and only when I chose.....when I found a better and sweeter deal.....

Funny you should compare today with when George had 6 offices...totally different worlds....and as well big shot..you should know me because I was there when he had 6 offices too.....you do not sound like anybody that was there......what office did you run???...if you did not get that far...you know nothing!

This other person is confused....thinking honesty is what exactly? You are not that GREEN are you? George sat in front of me too, with a straight face...and lied through his teeth...I am happy to hear there is such simple trust left in the world..no..but there is a name for it....but I did not respond to change the world and clear it of people who just do not know better....and no I am not going to repeat why here either...we all have our reasons, and I am still NOT convinced 'any of you' are not Steve playing games.....if I am right....you can put lip stick on a pig..but....it is still a pig....

..........and you do miss the point...the way George represents everything is just fine....the corporate way...and if you do not understand what I am talking about you either did not go far enough [ within Adefx ] to really understand this business [ yes working at head office and having back room access is helpful too ]..or maybe your just not bright enough..you are right..it was [is] easy for him to open 40 offices world wide..and it will continue to be...as a traded company....he has all the corporate respect he can get...and I am not saying THAT is not deserved, in fact, George is one hell of a businessman... I would say only "I" am a better salesman. lol Now, everything I said is true...and maybe you just bought it hook line and sinker?? I will tell you unless you are Jon or Steve or Dean you will never be on the inside..not even Aaron is on that inside level....oh..do you know of who I speak?? Chris has run that TO office..and most others too on one level or another..for many, many years...he is even lied too.....and you guys think YOU know something?? NO .. you just THINK you do.........and now I am laughing my a*s off though.....

I ran an office for Ad Efx in the US and I spoke to and met George Letterio a few times when he came out to visit our offices and at our meetings. Not only did he never lie to me about anything, he established a penalty system for those who were Ad Efx salespeople for lying to the customers. I learned, with me anyways, that he always stuck to his word, for good or bad. If he told me that I was going to get a bonus for my office doing 400 and we did 398, I didn't expect the bonus. But if we did do the 400 then I knew that he would back it up and I would get the bonus. You have to figure out why you didn't succeed. I left to start a family or I would still be there. If you actually got to be a manager then you missed out on a lot of money and a great opportunity. Your attitude explains a lot. If my client had a great attitude and did good work they would get lots of new customers for there business. If they had a bad attitude and looked for problems they always found them. You should think about it some more before you write your reports which are misrepresenting and a lie!!

You are way off base. George Letterio was my manager many years ago when the company only had 6 offices and he never once lied or misrepresented. In fact, he was pretty strict about telling the truth and not lying to the customers. There's no way that the company can grow to the size that it did with someone tricking and lying to people. What George did do was open the door and show the path, it is still up to the individual to step up and do the work. If you don't work hard you'll never succeed at anything and I am curious as to whether you are one of the ones who expects life to hand you everything without paying your dues and blame everyone around you for failng?? How do you work somewhere for 7 years and have the moxie to say "by mistake I worked for them".
