First you call 1-888-447-4450 and a dingy girl gladly asks if you are interested in more information about their "Work At Home Package." You say "sure" and Adelphia mails you an envelope with ordering info and where to send your money.

You send back $36.90 and wait for weeks before you get nothing. They promise your whole package in one month. The check has been cashed, Adelphia has another $36.90, and one more consumer has gotten duped. If you try calling the 1-888 number - they have no idea how to handle this, and forward you to their customer service number at 401-845-0055. Not surprisingly, there is nobody in customer service.
