A couple of months ago, I placed an order with Easy White Labs. I thought I was getting a free sample of their product where all I had to do was pay the freight. The freight was how they got my credit card number.
Easy White first charged my credit card the freight and then charged $80.
After much time spent complaining to Better Business Bureaus in various states, the FTC and Attorney Generals Offices, I finally received a refund.
In the process, I learned that Adex Media, Inc. doing business as Easy White Labs, Rezactiv, Acai Alive, Overnight Genius and Digital Instructor was ripping people off. It seems like when one of their scam companies has run its course, they start another one.
There scam method is simple. Get people to order a free sample using the freight costs to obtain credit card information. In my case, my internet connection to their website locked up during the ordering process. There terms and conditions seemed harmless enough, but then I experienced the lock up.
My many internet shopping experiences have been excellent until I ran across Adex Media, Inc.'s operations. This company needs to put out of business. This type of operation will destroy internet shopping.
To help others will similar problems, I am providing the following information:
Adex Media, Inc. advertises their home office operations as being in Mountain View, California, however their scam operations are run out of Boulder, Colorado. They aren't registered to do business in California or Colorado, however one of their companies (Digital Instructor, LLC) is registered in Colorado. They are a newly formed penny stock operation with ADXM.OB as their ticker symbol. Their president and CEO is Scott Rewick who spearheads all the scam operations.
This is the first time I have been burned on the internet and I hope it is my last. Let's put this company out of business and their officers behind bars.

Dear Joe,
We are sorry to hear about your concerns. Nowhere on our web site does it say a "free sample". In fact it does state a "10 day free trial" which refers to a period of time. When you placed the order you had also checked a box stating that you have read and understand how our offer works. We are sorry if you did not read or understand what was presented to you but you did check that box stating that you did understand how it works. Again our offer states that it is a 10 day trial and after the 10 days if the account is not canceled you would be charged for the 30 day full supply that was mailed to you and be automatically entered into our monthly program. This information was also emailed to you after the order was placed and supplied with your shipment.
Yes we do have our offices in Colorado (where our customer service center is) and in California and are registered to do business in both of those states. Yes we do sell multiple products and you are more than welcome to look us up as we are a public company.
As for your refund, we had issued you a refund before your letters to the various companies. We work very closely with the BBB, AG offices, and the FTC and handle every case with care. When we were notified that you filed the complaints with them we simply let them know that the account was already fully refunded.
Again we are sorry if you had not read or understood how our offer works.
