Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from adida**hoes.me.uk. on August 5th, 2011. Received the order on August 9th. The wrong items were shipped. Returned package on the same day.
At the post office I sent the package with recorded delivery. According the records the package arrived on August 15th, 2011.
Repeated mails have been sent to the merchant and to csreason@sitecomplai?nt.com. Sitecomplaint said they tried to get through to the merchant and after a few weeks of me complaining, they urged the merchant to refund me.
Have not heard from the merchant since August. Have not heard Sitecomplaint since end of September. Filed a police report in October. Police said it was civil case and could not help me.
So, here I am. No shoes, no refund.
